How to download my invoices?
Go to Account and download your invoices under Billing history.

How to add or change my payment method?
Go to Account and change it under payment method.

How to change my billing email address?
Go to Account and click on Change my email.

How to cancel my subscription?
Go to Account and click on Cancel plan. You will still have access until the end of the billing period.

How to change or reset my password?
Go to Reset password page.

If for some reason you can’t log in to your account, please email us at support@trendexplore.com (from the email address associated with your account if possible) and a team member will be happy to help you through the process.

When contacting us via email, please use the email address associated with your account and include the following data:

  • the email address associated with your paid account;
  • the username associated with your paid account;
  • the last four digits of the credit card number you use for payments, and the type of credit card used (please keep your data secure and don’t provide us with the full credit card number);
  • the billing amount and date of your last payment.
